Unlocking your
full potential
For generations, Avebe has been extracting everything the potato has to offer—
for food, industry, and a more sustainable world. And we can only do that when you’re able to get the most out of yourself too.
In our factories, you make sure our processes keep running: from processing potatoes to producing high‑quality ingredients such as starch, protein, and fibers. You see what’s happening on the line, prevent downtime, and keep our entire chain moving.
That’s why we make sure you have what you need: clear agreements, strong employment conditions, safe workplaces, and colleagues who support one another. And if you want to grow, you’ll get the space to take new steps—whether in knowledge, responsibility, or toward a different role.
Together, we ensure that our products and future continue to grow.
